Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by ordering online through our website, sending me a direct message on social media, calling me at 908-797-0976, or emailing me at Kristen@KristensKitchenFrenchtown.com . For special events or large orders, please reach out at least 7 days in advance.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I love creating personalized treats for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. If you have a specific design or theme in mind, let’s chat about how I can bring it to life.

Is there an order minimum

Yes, for cupcakes, the minimum order size is 6 per flavor. For other items, please reach out to discuss bulk orders or catering.

Dietary Restrictions & Ingredients

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?

Yes! I specialize in gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan baked goods, and I also offer other allergy-friendly options. While I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, my kitchen is not certified allergen-free. If you have severe allergies, please reach out to discuss your needs.

Are your products nut-free?

Most of my baked goods are nut-free, but I do work with nuts in the kitchen. If you have a severe nut allergy, please let me know before ordering so that we can accommodate.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! I offer local delivery for an additional fee, depending on the location. Delivery is available to Hunterdon County, NJ, and some parts of Somerset County, NJ & Bucks County, PA. Delivery fees are $7 within 5 miles, $14 within 10 miles, $21 within 15 miles. Please call to discuss if you are further than 20 miles away.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Pickup is available in Frenchtown, NJ, and I will provide pickup details once your order is confirmed.

Do you ship your baked goods?

I am working on expanding to shipping! Stay tuned for updates on which products will be available for nationwide shipping.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo or credit/debit cards at time of ordering, or cash/check upon pickup. To pay with cash or check, we take a credit card number to hold your order until pickup. If you fail to pickup your order, your credit card will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders must be canceled at least 48hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Please call immediately if you need to make a change.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes! we provide corporate gifting and catering for businesses. Whether you need thank-you gifts, employee appreciation treats, or catering for an office event, we can customize an order to fit your needs.

Do you sell at farmers' markets or pop-up events?

Yes! We frequently participate in local farmers’ markets and pop-up events. Follow me on social media to see where we’ll be next!

How should I store my baked goods?

Most treats are best enjoyed fresh, but if you need to store them:

  • Cupcakes and cakes: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • Brownies: Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
